iPad/Chromebook Program-Through the support of our dedicated community and our alumni, Ryan Academy is proud to have 1:1 technology by IPADs, Android tablets and Chromebooks in our classrooms. Students use up-to-date technology in all aspects of the academic program at all grade levels. Computers are used to reinforce and enrich skills in math, geography, science and language arts. Problem solving and logical thought skills are reinforced through the use of appropriate software. Word processing, graphic and desktop publishing programs are used to design and publish documents.
STEAM program-(Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts & Mathematics) Through activities in our outdoor classroom and research for our school wide Independent Project, Ryan students learn to become problem solvers, innovators, creators, and collaborators and can go on to fill the critical pipeline of engineers, scientists, and inventors so essential to the future of the nation.
Field Trips- Field trips are recognized as important moments in learning; a shared social experience that provides the opportunity for students to encounter and explore novel things in an authentic setting. Several times per year students have the opportunity to take a break from their normal routine and experience more hands on learning.
Before/After Care- Child care on in-school days from 6 am to 6 pm. is available for only $150.00 a month. More information located in the Affordability section located under Admissions on the top Left side of the page.
Intramural Sports Programs- Extracurricular activities are offered to our students in the form of intramural sports programs. Our students participate in a fall basketball program, winter bowling program and spring indoor soccer program.
